2ND EU-KOREA COOPERATION FORUM ON ICT RESEARCH

The event targets European and South Korean organisations interested in the development of R&D cooperation projects in the ICT field.

The “2nd EU-Korea Cooperation Forum on ICT Research” will take place on Dec. 1-2, 2008 in Brussels, Belgium and is jointly organised by the European Commission (DG Information Society and Media) and the Ministry of Knowledge Economy (MKE), Korea with the backup of a support action, coordinated by Orionis (http://www.orionis.com/) and funded by the European Commission (DG Infso) under the 7th Framework Programme for research and technological development (FP7).

This event represents a follow-up event to the one successfully held in June 2008 in Seoul, South Korea having attracted almost 300 delegates from organisations active in the ICT field coming from throughout Europe and South Korea and interested in developing ICT R&D cooperation projects in areas of mutual interest.

The event targets European and South Korean organisations (multinationals, SMEs, academia, research institutes & laboratories, etc.) interested in the development of R&D cooperation projects in the ICT field.

Attendance is free of charge, but pre-registration is compulsory.
