This Cooperation Forum represents a platform to identify, discuss and develop joint strategic ICT research projects of mutual benefit to the European Union and Korea.

The Korea-EU Cooperation Forum on ICT will take place on June 16 & 17, 2008 in Seoul and is co-organised by the European Commission (DG Information Society and Media) and Korean Authorities, with the support of a project funded by the European Commission (DG Infso) under the 6th Framework Programme for research and technological development (FP6).

This Cooperation Forum represents a platform to identify, discuss and develop joint strategic ICT research projects of mutual benefit to the European Union and Korea.

The event targets European and Korean organisations (multinationals, SMEs, academia, research institutes & laboratories, etc.) interested in the development of S&T cooperation projects in the ICT field.

Registration is now open and free of charge, but subject to pre-registration.

A Call for Papers service is also open enabling European and Korean organisations, if successfully selected, to present their contributions during the Forum’s parallel thematic sessions.
