Genopole is launching a call for projects around research in digital genomics! The selected projects will participate in the hackathon on February 11-13 in Évry!

If you work in the field of digital genomics and new biotechnologies such as the development of AI technologies, blockchains and analysis of medical data, submit your project before January 03, 2022 on the online platform of the challenge: https: // bit.ly/3sf5ICM

Methods for FAIRification of (meta) data Omics
Technologies Blockchain (block chains)
AI technologies (Machine learning, Deep learning, Transfer learning, etc.)
Development of IT tools for data analysis

The finalist projects will be announced during the afterwork on January 13 in Évry.

By participating in the hackathon, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop your solution / idea with Genopole researchers during the hackathon
Participate in research into the new sector of digital genomics
