Tom Gilb is the author of 9 books on software engineering and quality. Internationally, he is well-known for his influence on “Agile” culture and he is the inventor of the “Software Metrics” term. He is also co-author of the “Software Inspection” technique which has helped many organizations improve the quality of their products prior to production. Tom Gilb will provide a seminar at expo:QA on “Real QA” based on the “Real QA Manifesto”.
