Presentations are from 18h30 to 20h00, followed by a networking cocktail and sandwiches.

Our speakers, Mr. ZAFIMAHOVA and Mr. CORONADO, will share with us, their experience in applying PRINCE 2 and PMBOK Project Management Methodologies.

• The essence of PRINCE 2 and its Learning Path
• PMBOK and Prince2: How do they compare? A training provider view versus business and academic views?
• How the best of both methodologies could help you increase the performance of your projects?
• What is best for your projects PMBOK or Prince2?
